Adam’s 23-year career started at an early age when he went to work at The Idlewile Inn. In 1996, Adam became Sous Chef at the newly built Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake and studied authentic German Cuisine abroad in Germany. Adam came to Pine Hills as Sous Chef for 5 years before moving to Sweet Basil and Lucky’s as Executive Chef. In 2012 he returned to Pine Hills Country Club. Adam brings energy and innovative ideas to make the member experience at Pine Hills the best. Chef Adam is always challenging himself and the culinary team to produce the freshest, most creative and innovative cuisine possible.
Chef De Cuisine
Chef Andrew began his culinary career at Whistling Straights and Ruff's at Riverdale. Soon he developed a passion for food and knew this was his life's calling. Andrew attended Moraine Park Culinary Arts Program and was employed at Blue Harbor Resort before joining the culinary team at Pine Hills Country Club in 2011. Since being promoted to Chef De Cuisine, Chef Andrew looks forward to learning from his peers, sharing his creative ideas and helping expand the dining experiences of its membership.
